Earth Train is accepting applicants seeking hands-on experience in multimedia arts to participate in our Audiovisual Media Production Internship. Under the guidance of our Directors of Photojournalism and Video Documentation, you'll go deep into the field to capture Panama's unique cultures, flora and fauna on film and in photos. You'll also get real experience creating your own media projects and developing technical abilities in line with your field, such as digital asset management, media editing, scripting (in the case of video work), interacting with subjects, and writing for journalism.

All interns are responsible for documenting their experiences and aiding in the creation of an open-source and publicly available best-practices "manual" for media journalism in rural and complex settings. Each intern will be an intellectual contributor to our on-site community at Centro Mamoni, helping to craft a culture of learning and doing that serves as a model for visitors, neighbors and peers.
